A 21-year-old rugby player swept away by illness
It's a sad week for French rugby. Grégoire Garrouteigt, 21, died of an illness he had been fighting for around six months.
The Anglet club published a tribute to their player on social networks:
"Just before the game against Tyrosse, the terrible news shook our whole club, Gregoire Garrouteigt left us overnight. Atrocious news for a 21-year-old who was enjoying life to the fullest, harsh reality for his friends who will never forget his enchanting smile."
